I'm a little skeptical that it indicated anything sexual. W doesn't strike me as that open and vulnerable to many people. Of course, I could be wrong.

I was merely pointing out that W was showing back then he was a Globalist insider. Playing up to the Saudis then really made my alarm go off. I saw it as bowing and excuse my term..sucking up.
