I think, at the very least, The Donald's people had some type of coordinated information roll out planned for the clearing of the President on the "Russian Matter."

No idea what, but Q sounds highly PISSED that it's out there already.

Early leakage is a way to diffuse it's impact with the media/people. Is what I think.
