Getting ready for a house showing at 2pm today. I hope the Good Lord sends us the right buyer today. We need to sell. New house closes on August first. At this point, we will need a bridge loan since this house has not sold fast enough.
I am very thankful we have a customer coming through here with their realtor today.
Will have to vacate while they check the place out.
