The Constitution started out with only land owners being allowed to vote.
As did I and I suspect quite a few others. (And a handgun or rifle is the very, VERY lightest tackle I ever taught to use...)
Re the note about Landowners only holding voting rights...true, but modified by Amendments, Laws and common practice (i.e. common sense) and therefore kinda specious.
You'd have to shop around a whole bunch of judicial talent before you'd even get a chuckle out of that point, MHO.
