I don't see what you're talking about. What is the overflight date on the view you're describing?
Are you looking at the same 6-lane wide "Quezon Boulevard" where the "Metro Manila" star and the coordinate push-pin are located?
(BTW & FWIW, Vehicles in the Philippines drive on the right -- like we do in the US. The decision was made in 1945 that it was cheaper to buy American vehicles -- unmodified -- than to convert them to right-hand steering wheels -- as the occupying Japanese had required.)
