Wouldn't you just call it photo shopped? Besides, a photo of stars requires a time exposure, and you can't just do that on any camera. It's why you can't see stars in the moon landing pictures. But anyone with a little knowledge who's not looking for conspiracy theories knows that. I put it to you plain and simple instead: go out at night, an hour after dark or before dawn, and study the sky. You're bound to spot a satellite or two. Anyone can do it, if they're not afraid to use their own eyes, or have their delusions shattered by them.
