Hmmm... but the sun manufactured D on the skin isn’t absorbed right away or all at once, especially if one washes off the skin oil before it’s all absorbed.
Well, it’s theoretical, since I don’t take vitamins nor bask in the sun. Probably should worry about deficiency!
