Am thinking we could go back to data mining (on a personal level) to the 1950's. Think IBM and a few others. What I think changed everything . . . was the programs that the new young guns wrote. First as I understand it, they wrote programs that that standardized all platforms from social media to the inter-workings of CIA, NSA etc. So now they can all talk together in real time. The second thing that changed as we learned from Q was the algorithms.
When I get time, will share a theory I heard which answers the above and explains who @[19] [1st] and @[3][1st] are. Those are refernce to specific individuals. @[3]1st may be an unsung hero in all this. @ refers to people at Twitter at the very very beginning. Look up Noah Glass and Ray McClure.
Noah Glass is the guy . . . I think who wrote the algorithms for these platforms. He was fired after things began to roll. He did not take it well. He seems to have dropped off the face of the earth. Will not find much on him. Apparently MI found him. Broke the code.
Just a theory folks . . . just sharing noise I hear.
Am traveling so can not do research now to verify. But what I have verified . . . yeah, there is your rabbit hole
