You think its the new MKultra???
So far, I am not willing to go down that path yet. More because its purpose is to study "past"; behavior and predict future results.
Now I suppose, that if one was inclined to accomplish a certain end(s), locate personalities that would be prone to certain behavior under specific conditions knowing how they will respond could be a new MKultra. No need to alter the mind, The patterns have already been established.
I can not find the original articles talking about Palantir, but it scared Thiel of its capabilities. For example, if according to the data, an individual would be inclined to commit robbery or even murder, or a terrorist act . . . do you arrest them now? When? Do you require them to be removed from a location where the crime is "predicted" to occur? Thats just the surface of Palantir.
