Nope. Never read that. The messages I’ve read between Storcz and Page had reactions but we’re things that appeared to be names or other specific information. Are you saying by ‘redacted’ that entire texts were omitted? I’ve heard nothing of this...what is your source? Need more information than you provided in your question.
Before they were released to Congress, the FBI "redacted" (in my understanding, "blacked out") passages containing "personal info"...
Not releasing entire messages would be, IMO,"withholding" -- not "redaction"...
