No Court in this Nation (except corrupt on the take Judges) would EVER rule against a President for exercising that authority.
If you or Trump are counting on this you haven’t been paying attention. When the Judicial Branch egregiously violated the Executive’s legal authority the Executive failed to slap them down. They will now rule as they damn well please.

all it takes is one... all it takes, if they do try to block him, is focus 200% on one judge and hammer him legally!! remove him from office and throw him in prison! I know I’m dreaming but all it would take is just one display of this and just watch the others back down like typical bullies do when reinforcements show up! maybe... hopefully...
