1998: Clinton v. The city of New York - Congress can not delegate a “line-item veto” to the President

1935: A.L.A. Schechter Poultry Corp. v. The United States - Congress cannot delegate the power to specify “fair competition”

1825: Wayman v. Southard - decision on the degree to which Congress can specify judicial procedure

I see two cases that involved the executive branch on one side, but none where one branch sued another. I imagine the corrupt left is already looking for a plaintiff who can claim “harm” and thus standing.
