My guess is that there are members of the cabal in all three branches of government. Suppose Trump declares martial law but the Supreme Court declared unconstitutional? What if there is evidence that several members of the Supreme Court are also criminals? Then there is no legal recourse I believe. Only the one with the most guns can determine the outcome then.

A SCOTUS justice can be charged with a crime by the executive. The only courtroom immunity judges have is civil immunity for official acts.
Being charged and convicted of a crime does not remove them from office. The second prong, removal from office, is for the legislature via impeachment.
