I’ve been on tesla road
It runs into mines Rd and goes in very remote country behind mt Hamilton
These days wild boars and mountain lions own it
It is gorgeous country out there. All the ghost towns (Tesla, Carnegie) and factories (coal mines, brick works, pottery plant) are gone without a trace. You can still see traces of tailings piles, but not much. Hard to believe there were thriving towns with big industrial plants there not that long ago.
