He did not get the best deal. The Democrats got the best deal (everything they wanted and more). I really expected more from him.

I’m not happy that he signed it, but I know that our military needs the budget in this Bill. The Dems and Repubs stuffed this Bill with whatever they wanted because they knew his hands would be tied on the military funding issue. He’s damned if he does, and damned if he doesn’t.
