DC is child's play compared to building in NYC.

If you ever get some time look up the 1991 tape of DIT speaking before a congressional committee on the economy. OMG. Did he ever school them. And so politely. HE explained the two sentences or paragraph they needed to revise to fix the bubble they had created in the stock market.
