It’s great in stuffings, I use for chicken, turkey, mushrooms and quahogs/ clams
I really like 50% kosher salt, and 50% chili powder. Also, try with a claussen pickle instead of the celery. A couple spoonfuls of pickle juice doesn’t hurt either. Yummmmm!
