This title may be cited as the ''Fix NICS Act of 2018''.

On a quick skim, this does not add any new disqualifying factors. It conditions federal monies on reporting violators to the feds. States an localities that don't report DV and other violations to the feds lose hooks to federal monies.

Good news, I was wrong about new restrictions on people who can't manage their own finances.
