Yes. She created SES with the blessing of Carter. Her brother, Field McConnell who hates her has been exposing her crimes in his channel Abel Danger. Although his channel moved to Vimeo, old videos are still in Youtube. The American Intelligence Media also has videos about her. Other Youtube researchers have done the same. She is involved in a lot of crimes with the Clintons including human trafficking of children for sex, prostitution, child sacrifice, organ harvesting.
