All the negative perception can be erased with news that large sections of the Wall are going up.
I’m actually not too worried. There’s plenty of time before the midterms to recover any perceived lost face.

YOu can be sure there will be no vanishing slush funds in DJT term. H had $6 billlion missing from Department of State in the four years she was there.
Money will be well spent and accounted for.
