Roger Stone has been reporting for nearly a year that Tillerson was hired at Condi’s recommendation, and then she started virtually running the State Dept through him—including from the SD offices when Rex was out of town.
In the current environment that is not a good sign at all. Also, last week, Roger let slip that Rex had been trying to help Exxon with oil deals in Africa.
I don’t trust Stone; although he may be correct on this, there is no way of knowing one way or the other.
Why can’t CINC take one day every quarter and fax the top 50 nations our policy with them and shut State down until it’s time to send out any updated faxes to them?
