Tillerson was cleared by Trump military advisors (Rogers, Mattis, Kelly, Pompeo, Sessions--yes, Sessions--et al).

He may have globalist tendencies, but he is definitely not in Kenya to secure a safe place for Obama.

At the time it didn't make sense but remember, Tillerson was fired during/after his trip to Kenya. Now RT shows back up in Q's posts so I threw that out there for something to consider, from something I remember some speculation on RT.
