I think, if RT is indeed Rizvi Traverse, that he may have used RT to direct us to the company since it's the first time, to my knowledge, he has mentioned RT like this in a drop.

RT has been used before, sometimes clearly a reference to Tillerson. But working further from your angle, if RT is meant to point to Rizvi Traverse, it may be that the company sent somebody, not Suhail Rizvi, and whoever was sent is either not known by name to Q, or if known by name to Q, would net be recognizable by name or initials by Q-readers.
