Early on, probably in a different thread, I said I thought AG Sessions was the right man for the job; that he wasn’t any ‘Rip Van Winkle” and that he needed the time to do his job correctly so there would be no wiggle room for the accused. At the time, others pounced on my comment.I am beginning to feel vindicated.
I also thought, and still do, that the supposed rub between the AG and President Trump was designed to misdirect the Deep State. Come to find out it was only partially effective.
Seems McCabe and company had intentions of removing Sessions a year ago. The deep state, cabal already knew how large a threat he was.
I now believe they think the AG may be their worst nightmare. He knows how to use the laws effectively, all the while holding his cards close to his vest.
I find it hard to believe Jeff didn’t know Andy had opened a case against him, but maybe Wray had to discover and advise him of it. In that case, Trust Wray & Sessions is far more palatable.
On one hand you have an old stagemaster (Sessions) and from the deeeeep south. And his prized trophy is an ornery old stud who can't sit still more than 15 minutes and a Yankee at that. Gawd that must be some theatre. Yes, even I have shared with friends months ago we are witnessing the greatest mis-direction concert in our lifetime. The wild card is that boy scout from Boston. Bet he grew in Chelsea. As that old saying goes . . . has anything good ever come from Chelsea. Add to the mix are the young bucks from the silicon valley. Of course they come from Mars. All in good time my friend. All in good time.
