We interviewed a guy for a job who had a DUI on his record from 9 years earlier. We asked him about it and he said, “I had just got out of the navy and was lost for a bit of time”.
Hired him and glad we did.
awesome!! the way things are now...today! one could just have 2 drinks and have that on their record!! I’d over look one, and maybe even 2 if they were spread apart far enough. but I’ll always be a firm believer in not regulating the many for the actions of a few. and that goes for everything... js...
