I went to a yoga class with my mother when I was about 6 years old. The class was made up of all white women. Yoga always seemed like something that appealed to a certain group of people. It wasn’t for everyone. I think it still like that today.

Yoga always seemed like something that appealed to a certain group of people. It wasn’t for everyone. I think it still like that today. Sort of like swimming in the ocean. A certain demographic avoids that almost absolutely.Only black scuba divers I ever met were both from the Caribbean.
