Thank God for Swiffer Wet Jet. If I had to get down on my hands and knees these days, I'd never be able to get back up again.
We bought a unique (unusual!) fixer upper. The dining room is 18x20. Add in the kitchen, bathrooms, mud room, plus two hallways that are 6-10 feet wide and I’d never be off my knees! Right now most of the flooring is nasty institutional asbestosis tile so I quick mop it less than I should.
I’ve never used a Swiffer wet jet, but many years ago when we had a small house and several little kids I’d use the Swiffer wet pads after every meal. Probably shouldn’t have spent the money but it was a life saver. I got to know the family who bought our house and she asked me how I kept the floors so clean. Tons of money wasted on a disposal product but it made homemaking easier.
