I was of the same thought until he described ..

Interesting. If the media had not desrcibed the tripwire and "I"F this poster described it accurately . . . well then its game on.

I have only did a quick briefing a couple hors ago. I had not heard police announce. I just knew there was atrip wire involved which the police described a rise in level of sphistication.
