Further down the thread is this link to a picture at the Pennsylvania rally, which shows the wig man/van picture very clearly. IMO, that is not Seth Rich.

Earlier this week it was posted that the guy with the wig and van pictures has been to a bunch of Trump rallies. He’s trying to sell stuff. No conspiracy thing there....just a guy
