So one thing you could do is allow the situation to fester until they actually DO do something like that and then you can read'em the riot act. For example, these ICE raids, Could these be reconnaissance in force? Probing to see what happens when we go here, when we go there? Get Los Angeles and San Fransicko to openly rebel and then the whole state of California gets dragged into it. Then it would be on. They are in open rebellion already, as far as that goes. THEN what happens? Do other states join them?
