I believe these cover-ups go farther back then the Clintons.
The cover-ups started around the time the CIA was created. soon after even the president got in their way.

CIA creatred around 1947 with allan Dulles heading it up.He was responsible for creating the off the books departments which eventually wound up being a criminal organization with 41 heading it up for decades.
