Well, we’re not sure, but I would say for military tribunals to work we would have to be under martial law. We are already operating under a declared (quietly) state of emergency. If that scenario played out presumably the msm would be gagged.

I am not a lawyer but I would wonder if a military tribunal mightn't be used in cases wherein the accused were being tried for treason, sedition, conspiracy to cause rebellion, or trying to overthrow the government.

There are rumors from years past (cobwebs coming off) that the United States has been at martial law since ? Post Korea or Vietnam? Has to do with flag vs battle flag in courtrooms, jury nullification n/a in federal courts, judges being able to direct juries with instructions to prevent jury nullification?

May be twenty year old discussion?
