I agree with you. If this were to take place, the MSM would be shut down and a broadcasting system of some sort put in place to get the word about what was happening out to the public .
That does not mean that there wouldn’t be entities going rogue trying to overcome the shut down; but, I do think that control of the message would have to be in place for the actions taken to work.
