It's definitely worth watching. If nothing else, it shows the contents of Vault 7. I credit Bill for "showing his work," he cites every item he is linking together, so anybody watching can look at the materials themselves and see if his theory hangs together.

One of the guys over at 24/7 who is a tech head seems to think there may some merit in parts of it.
I have been listening to the 24/7 guy long enough to know his is pretty well versed in evaluating things. He is reaching out to talk to this Bill Smith guy. FWIW
