I would think so. Deep State (Hils) has to be keeping a close eye on Q.

It's also possible she is not, I guess. It's also possible that Hils is keeping Huma close for a reason. I would think ol' Huma would understand that she has hitched her wagon to a losing horse, though. It's really hard to fathom.
