Look at the picture I posted vintage WW2 with Members of the Catholic Clergy performing the Hitler Salute with Nazis

Interestingly enough if you look at Ben Hur or other movies depicting the Roman Army their salute is very similar

The Catholic Church is based in Rome and the emperor Constantine blended the ancient Babylonian religions with Christian attributes into an amalgam of both. January is a recognition of the Roman God Janus, we are using the Julian calendar devised by Roman authorities not the Hebrew (Jewish) one which precedes the current one.
