I don’t think Trump’s doing anything he didn’t put through them. That may be right. But I think Laz has a real point about the process of accomplishing this. The President is making a PR move trying to get out of the line of fire, but he set a very dangerous precedent.

The President is making a PR move trying to get out of the line of fire, but he set a very dangerous precedent. The DEMOCRATS, regardless to any precedent, will abuse their power when in office. It's guaranteed in the Constitution.
