If that were true, her first album would have sold better. A previous album that didn’t go anywhere is a bad sign. Remember Taylor Hicks? He had previous albums, won idol and still didn’t really go anywhere.
Katy Perry has a previous album that sold less than 300 copies. Maddie was self produced. A record company behind her will help like it does everyone.
