I don’t think so. 73 year old woman. Our friends didn’t cross at a crosswalk. I have no idea why they didn’t or why they didn’t take their car. It was 8:30 at night and the article said the street lights were not on. Same time zone and I watched the next night at it was dark at 8:30. Why weren’t the street lights on? I can’t help but think that if the street lights had been on, everyone involved would have been able to see better.
