I think the cryptogram-solver.php finds the string "DhytcDFbF5874" to represent either "IDEALISTS" or "INAVLIDED"
cryptogram-solver.php yields the same result against "DhytcDFbF" which to my untrained eye, looks like a base64 conversion.

EDIT to add a few remarks. Using the same cryptogram-solver.php page, and choosing base64 as the cipher, no result. So, the cipher is not base64.
