Well, by God. He does use that Punisher logo. I wonder if it applies to SEALS in general, his team, or him individually. That may explain why Q referenced it. Telling Snowden SEALS are on him? Snipers got him in sight?

It appears to be a logo for Craft International, a company he started to train security and law enforcement. So it would be unique to him and his company, not the Seals. I just remember seeing it on him all the time.

But he was the best known sniper and that logo was unique enough I'm sure Snowden got the message, one way or the other. ;^)
