I read it as they were just threatened with receivership and given 24 days to respond which they did. Not that it has gone into receivership. To cryptic to decipher.

I've read over this thread, Q drops, and comments. I see no reason to believe there is anything about "Twitter" the company, but all twitter references in this context are about Snowden and his response on twitter.

Just yesterday Q sent a message to Snowden and told him he had 24 hours to respond. Apparently he did. That is all. Any talk of "receivership" is off base.

Isn’t this part of POTUS exec order, to seize assets of those involved in human trafficking etc. US gov may “own” twitter by seizing majority of shares?
