He once asked Alamo-Girl what she felt in her spirit Qx's role in the Kingdom & on earth was. She said she'd pray about it.
She got back to him and said:
his role was that of a WATCHMAN on the wall.
He'd been told that before and also felt immediately in his spirit that she was 100% accurate.
It has been a rather lonely role for him with mostly abuse triggered accordingly. But he has rarely flinched to the point of backing down, if at all.
He remains ready to contribute what he can where he can. In terms of on here--I don't know if I can keep up with his inputs but we are willing to try. LOL.
Thanks tons for your encouragements. They mean more to him than I can articulate.
There was a family waiting at a major brand upscale restaurant today for lunch. The Dad seemed to do an extra thoughtful and responsible job managing his handful of daughters of various ages. They had their older neighbor lady with them.
Qx had brought a red double hibiscus blossom from his Sonroom to give to the waitress but decided to give it to the neighbor lady of the Dad & family. She was touched.
He further commented to the dad's wife that the dad appeared to be a good dad. The wife affirmed that.
Qx further asked the wife and then the dad what kind of dad he'd had. Terrible/absent.
Qx noted that good dad's tend to come from very good fathers of their own or the opposite--with their sons deliberately doing the opposite of how they were treated.
Then, when the Dad was outside playing with his girls, Qx asked the wife if he'd forgiven his father.
No. And, it was a huge problem.
When Qx left after lunch, he'd written a typical-for-him 4 X 6" card affirming the dad but also exhorting him for his own wholeness and health to forgive his dad. etc.
Then Qx went on to the car. The dad rushed out to follow him and caught Qx before he got in the car and gave him a big bear hug--hanging on, actually, quite thoughtfully and thanked Qx a lot for helping encourage him so much today and enabling him to feel good about himself.
That's just the sort of character Qx is. Has done that sort of thing in restaurants all his life. This was a special such event.
Thanks for being an encouragement to Qx. It doesn't come back to him as often as one might expect.
God's best to you and yours.
And so are you...well, a good watchwoman.
I knew I was a watchman when I was a child.
I was in college when it hit me really hard though.
Still not sure what it means...but I watch. And report.
