Clearly whoever shot the video wanted the license plate to be prominent.
Any speculation on what it all means?
It's a short video montage but does it all add up to something?
Why are the bike riders riding backwards at the beginning?
Why the inter-cuts of military?
There's a seemingly pointless car ride down a nondescript street. Is it a pointless section of the video or does it point to something? Other seemingly random images as well. Are they random? Do they have meaning?
You pointed out the expensive car. Is it significant? What does that tell us? The status/position of the owner? Who are the people who would drive this car?
Q makes reference to this video twice.(152 and 888).
Is it just quick random images? Or is this video a visual narrative to be decoded?

Both Q references to the video pertained to the scene outside the window of the jet which is purported to be AF1. The scene of the ground below is purported to be an area in NK...implying that AF1 took a side trip over NK.
There was an image posted on this thread which explained it all, but it was removed because it was from 8chan.
