I was watching the video from Q post 152;
"THANK YOU ASIA! USA." At the 6 sec. mark, there are two cars coming towards the camera.
The first car has an interesting license plate.
Is there anyway to know who this car was assigned to? The President?
Is it assigned to a specific person or is it a pool car that would be assigned on a need-to-use basis?

That automobile is a Hongqi L5, the most expensive auto built in China.
Where did that image come from?
