Not the same car.

In creepy guy post, the back end is square and boxy. In Q post, back end is slanted, more aerodynamic. I have no facility to ID car makes.

Also creepy guy looks like he’s in makeup w/a wig...not a look I can recall ever seeing IRL on anyone. I question if he’s black ethnicity.

It does look like the guy is wearing a wig and makeup etc... Doesn’t look normal. I don’t think security would let a weirdo stand a couple of rows behind POTUS. So I think this makes it all the more interesting to consider maybe it is Snowden or a designated weirdo :).
