That is the thing with science.
Look at all the diet info that has flip flopped multiple times in the last few decades. Public policy has been based off of cience that keeps flip flopping and it has negative impacts on peoples lives.
Just because you are trying to do things in the best interests of people doesnt mean it is in their best interests. Still can really mess up folks actual lives.
