I have to say, this one confuses me a bit. Why would a "Q" find it necessary to use public communications to get messages to his fellow "white hats?" Surely, they have their own methods of communication?
It appears that the usual lines of communication have been corrupted by Black Hats within the intel community.
That's why I have concluded that Q must be an extraordinarily good cryptologist.
If this assumption is correct, he is speaking a host of operatives in plain sight (publicly) without the Black Hats understanding the messages being sent to the good guys.
It may be sometimes that a broadcast means such as this is also quicker and easier than a few dozen specialized comm channel communications.
In some cases it could be that the Q channel is safer or more practical.
I would say that Q posts to white hats even though there are other means of comms because many other comms may be compromised, must be done piece meal, and this way he can communicate with as many as he wants all at once. Since he’s using cryptic methods, it’s okay that the messages are “seen” by others.
I would posit that the Q drops are not his only means of comms to white hats.
