Rather than get yourself all whet up into a lather, I suggest you just ignore pings to a Q post.
It isn’t that hard to do. You don’t have to come on and whine that you have been pinged, you see?
Ignoring makes you stronger.

Given the shared way this project is handled, you might have to persist with every time you get pinged to reply to the pinger by FREEPMAIL AND ON THE THREAD. Might take a week or so. Shouldn't but life can be like that.
No one is deliberately trying to annoy you.
