Now they are saying those dishes on the building are comm links from a safe house somewhere... not sure I am buying that one just yet. Who puts a cartoon character on a safe house??
The disk antenna points toward a satellite orbit right above the equator, so we can tell from the angle of the dish antenna that the building is 20-30 degrees north or south of the equator. There as a 8chan post with lat/long figures - maybe same as this building.
Oh, the comm links could be on any building too. Those dish antenna aren't anything unusual. The trick to security is access to certain channels on the satellite.
